Heat and Kitchens
Question
And I only have one: Why was it so durn hot today? O.K., I was indoors all day, but on my way out of the parking lot, I pressed a button on my car’s clock to find out the temperature. It said 101 degrees.
Oh, I forgot to mention the time: 7:01…

Yup.
It was hot today.
Of course I would expect temperature reading to be elevated because my vehicle was sitting in the sun all day… but 101 is still so hot…
The make you wanna bathe in ice cubes hot.
The make you wanna buy an ice sheet and matching polar ice cap (instead of a heating blanket) hot.
The make you wanna get some oil and fry an egg on the sidewalk hot.

They say if one can’t stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen. But if the heat is everywhere including the kitchen, where is one to go?
